Abstract


Aim of this study is to determine and evaluate the factors affecting the use of e-learning environments among academicians working at universities in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). General survey method which is a descriptive research method was used in this study. Population of the study included academicians working at 6 universities in TRNC. Data were collected with online survey which was developed based on Technology Acceptance Model. Results showed significant differences between age, academic positions, academic title and working years of academicians. It is expected that results of the study would be beneficial for academicians and universities.
