Abstract


Education is one of the fundamental rights of human beings. The quality of life of people depends on many circumstances, the type of education to which they had access. In Ecuador some years new educational policies that are intended to improve the quality and performance of education processes apply. This research triangula state, business data and perceptions of citizens regarding the application of these public policies in order to measure their impact on human and social development. The results indicate the areas in which improvements are observed and those who have been adversely affected.
