Abstract

The violence which was done in health instutitions includes verbal or behavioural threats, physical attacks or sexual attacks which comes from patients, patient relatives or another individual and which forms a risk for the health worker. The health workers are attacked 16 times more than the individuals which work at the other areas.

In this study, the 2-factored cross-classification model was applied, because there are qualitative valued data. There are 10 violence levels in the model. We have tested that which level is most efficient with a certain probability level  and we have found the best estimator and a single solution vector.
